How do we get started?
Simply reach out, and we’ll go over all your parent’s needs. We’ll go over how we can help you and your family in your loved one’s private care. Whether it’s long or short-term or end-of-life, we provide the care.
Is it possible to have my parent move in right away?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 30 day room rental and care services fees along with agreement forms filled out by your loved one or the power of attorney. There are requirements and your parent must qualify first.
Tell me more about the caregiver services my loved one will receive.
Prior to accepting your loved one, we do a comprehensive survey. We learn what foods, personal likes and dislikes, diet needs, and medical or nonmedical needs they have. Once we have this information, we provide personalized care according to your loved one’s needs.
How does the billing process work?
In order to secure a bed or a room for your loved one, we request a 30-day room rental and caregiving fees 5 days prior to the move-in date.
We then bill you,or the person financially responsible.
What is the process for managing health issues?
On Intake we collect all medical and nutrition information. We help keep in or set up routines. We help keep your parent one well fed, rested and up to date will of their health needs. We are NOT nurses, but have a CNA available and always on the clock for any of your loved one’s needs. Your parent administers their own medication we help manage times, reminders, etc.
Can I receive updates on my loved one?
Absolutely! We provide daily and weekly personalized logs. On any given emergency, we inform you. Your loved one has access to our home phone, texts, and even video calls any time of the day. We keep your family updated on important events and appointments. We value staying connected, plus ensure everyone is in the loop. We make sure everyone feels involved.
